The Interactive Light Wall is a wall of filtered light that playfully reacts to passers-by, following their movements with a wave of colour and subtle sound, encouraging them to stop and interact with it. photo: M. Dick The Projection Tree is a 10m high steel structure with 5 branches each culminating in an elliptical projection disc through which the viewer is taken into a visual jorney through an array of diverse of diverse landscapes, from micro worlds to macro. For this piece Malcolm has developed the use of the latest in projection technology and has produced the first outdoor sculpture to use projection in this way. The Screen Projection is an exciting opportunity to present new work. Malcolm is currently preparing the ideas for the piece which focus on the art of the theatre, the process of preparing oneself for the stage. |
